Amina's Wonder Spice Tandoori Marinade 325g
Cooking Tips
- Use 1kg cleaned chicken / meat
- Use 3 tablespoons of Amina's Tandoori Marinade and mix with + - 50ml yoghurt to form marinade
- Rub marinade into chicken/ meat and leave in fridge overnight or for 6-8 hours

For braai/barbecue: Baste with a mixture of 3 tablespoons oil, + - 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 3 tablespoons Amina's Tandoori Marinade.
- For pot roast or oven grills: Add a touch of oil or butter in pot or oven dish. Add marinated chicken / meat and cover with foil or lid.
- Serve with baked vegetables or French fries.
