Amina's Wonder Spice Fish & Prawn Masala 325g
Cooking Tips
- Use 1kg Seafood of your choice, wash and allow to drain
- For grills: Marinate seafood with 3 tablespoons of Amina's Fish & Prawn Masala and a touch of lemon juice for 2-3 hours
- Deep fry in hot oil or grill in oven dish.
- For curry: Braise 2 medium onions (finely chopped/grated) with mustard seeds until golden brown.
- Add 3 tablespoons of Amina's Fish & Prawn Masala with medium tomatoes (finely chopped/ grated) 2 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes. Add seafood.
- Cook until curry is ready. Garnish with curry leaves.
- For extra taste add a touch of tamarind sauce or juice.
