Amina's Wonder Spice Chicken Curry Masala 325g
Cooking Tips
- Use 1kg of cubed chicken fillet, wash and allow water to drain.
- Braise 2 finely sliced, medium sized onion until golden brown.
- Add chicken and braise.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Amina's Chicken Curry Masala & 2 cups of water and allow to cook for 10 minutes.
- Now add in 2 finely chopped tomatoes. Add in potatoes. Add 1 cup water and allow to simmer until potatoes are soft.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or roti, salad and vegetables.
